Seminar on Oxfordshire's Property Market

Seminar on Oxfordshire's Property Market

We are really excited to be hosting our annual Property Intelligence seminar on Wednesday 13th September. This event aims to provide insight on the latest issues facing Oxfordshire landlords and investors.

We are thrilled to have the following four speakers joining us this year to share their knowledge in their respective fields.

Douglas Lloyd is our first speaker. Douglas, has 15 years of experience in the private rental sector, and oversees the letting function at Finders Keepers. He has frequently been invited to comment on local news stories and the local letting market due to his in-depth knowledge and first-hand experience operating within the Oxfordshire letting market.

We are then joined by Jonathan Walton. Jonathan is a Director at Whitley Simpson – an award-winning accountancy practice. Jonathan has been a director for over 28 years and has exceptional tax knowledge. Having a very impressive academic history, Jonathan has a broad area of expertise ranging from the food industry to property and construction.

Richard Massingham is our third speaker. Richard has been with Finders Keepers for 15 years, gaining experience in letting, property management and sales. He has a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise within the property industry, having worked in our Summertown office for over a decade. He now oversees the day-to-day running of Inspired Sales and Acquisitions.

Our final speaker will be Kevin Minns. Kevin is Managing Director at OXWED LLP, a joint venture between Oxford City Council and Nuffield College, working on the Oxpens project. Kevin has extensive experience in the development of commercial, residential and student accommodation, and his expertise in particular lies within the planning and design processes of new development.

With a range of topics being covered, our speakers will update our audience on the property market, legislation, tax, and local developments. If you would like to come along, email events@finderskeepers.co.uk to register for a free space.
