Winner of the Best HMO Agency Award 2022

Finders Keepers Shared Letting was thrilled to have been awarded Best HMO Agency at The HMO Awards 2022.

The HMO Awards took place at the striking Stowe House in Buckinghamshire, and included a day of TED-style talks, networking and the awards ceremony. Award winners were decided following a judging assessment overseen by John Paul, CEO of Castledene Group, board member of ARLA Propertymark and four time winner of the Sunday Times “Letting Agent of the Year”.

Judge’s comment: “Just a very good submission, little things like the website being up to date and compliant, lots of accompanying and relevant documents. Lots around how they treat and remunerate their staff, lots of structure, even a guide on how to write property descriptions. Overall a very good and solid company and that reflected in the submission.”

Finders Keepers Managing Director Paul Rushworth commented: “We are delighted to have been acknowledged by this two award scheme. Our Shared Letting division was created 18 years ago in recognition of the fact that the HMO market differs from other residential letting, so this is a fantastic endorsement for the team.”
